Handling a team of 30 members managed by 3 AM’s who work across shifts as we support globally.Responsibilities:• • Responsible for the overall functioning of the CSDM globally for cloud customers. Primarily responsible for any data change requests in SPM (Subscription Plan Management) application for cloud customers. • Team’s main activities include Post booking pre-provisioning support, termination of plans, bill to ship to and customer name change. Creating new sub id’s for the plan, placing plan on billing hold/FTP hold. • Working closely with IT teams by logging bugs for production issues and enhancements• Resource planning for day-to-day operations and prioritization of projects and initiatives• Evaluating training requirements and providing coaching for the team• Driving processes improvements to improve process efficiency• Identifying operational business issues and data challenges and getting them addressed• Preparing and publishing process metrics to the management on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis• Resource management and hiring based on head count budget and attrition in the team• Ensuring smooth quarter end for the business by staffing team on critical days during holiday and weekends• Engagement with cross functional teams for smooth functioning of operations and having walkthrough sessions to teams on each other’s process
