I hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, affiliated with RGPV University. My professional journey commenced in 2016 when I joined Amazon, where I have steadily progressed to my current position as a site lead (India) overseeing a group of ~50 program managers responsible for Amazon\'s transportation network design and optimization. Prior to my tenure at Amazon, I gained valuable experience working at Infosys as an Associate Consultant for nearly two years. Before that, I contributed to the growth of SBI Life Insurance as part of the Business Development team based in Mumbai. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set and a nuanced understanding of various industries, enabling me to drive impactful results in my current role.

   Sandeep is a single-threaded-leader for transportation systems team in India and leads a team that builds systems configurations for global internal customers across programs with varying complexities like NASC Floor Layouts, AMZL 1P network optimization, AMXL forward and reverse logistics network, JP Global Mile, and new country launches. He is a people leader for a 40+ member team comprising of program managers working across regions, and has to inspire, develop and grow them, while setting a high bar to ensure high-quality configurations.Sandeep owns design, deployment and execution of different systems parameters that govern package flows across NA Transportation network. He is responsible for developing, coordinating, and deploying team members, processes, and systems to execute these programs that build capacity while minimizing customer impact. He is a solutions architect who builds systems configurations and requires innovation and a long-term perspective. He collaborates with program, product and technical stakeholders, influence them, and ensure implemented solutions meet high quality standards. Sandeep is pivotal in execution and needs to be able to switch between tactical delivery (e.g, daily config reviews, deployments, and operations support) and building innovative solutions.
