Hello There! Hope you doing well. I\'m an experienced Risk Manager with overall seven years experience in Risk, Incident and Compliance Management. I\'m passionate about creating good \"Customer Experience\", I work with my team to identify risks and resolving high-impact incidents/escalations around various abuse issues. I currently work on projects to create policy, analyze existing policy for any process gaps, and develop solutions to minimize or eliminate the source of the risk. I also take a lead role in drafting and presenting deep-dive documents to senior executives.I have wide understanding of Product and Trade compliance process along with Quality operations background. I have worked on multiple projects related to process designs, operation management, quality management systems. I am also lean six sigma green belt certified. I\'m good at using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint. I\'m quick learner and I always looks for challenges which will help me to improve and grow professionally and personally. Apart from my professional life, I love farming, cooking. Along with professional skill improvement, last two pandemic years allowed me to improve my farming and cooking skills as well.
