In my current role, I lead strategic SAP and Track & Trace initiatives for global clients, acting as the primary advisor on solution architecture, compliance, and operational excellence. I collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, deliver webinars in coordination with SAP colleagues, and showcase the organization’s capabilities to a wider audience, driving thought leadership and generating new business opportunities.My work also involves providing strategic guidance on SAP ATTP and other Track & Trace solutions, designing compliant and scalable digital supply chain architectures, and supporting integration with MES, ERP, and other enterprise systems. Through these initiatives, I ensure that clients achieve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and end-to-end traceability, while strengthening client relationships, enabling digital transformation, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner in serialization and supply chain excellence.
