I also managed ingredient and recipe specifications based on manufacturing plant process capabilities. I successfully drove recipe simplification, managed inflationary pressures, and designed a new data management system for ingredient information. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, I ensured consistent quality ingredients. I analyzed and created strategic tools to centralize productivity, including a technical ladder program, ultimately bolstering business scalability and growth. I am a Passionate people leader.
