ABOUT SANDEEP CHOUDHARY
I am an LL.B. candidate at University Law College, Rajasthan University, with a strong foundation in constitutional law, criminal law, civil litigation, labour law, ADR, and digital regulation — the areas I am building my litigation career around.My advocacy skills have been honed through active moot court participation, where I have learnt to construct arguments, research under pressure, and perform in adversarial settings. My internship at the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission gave me hands-on exposure to rights-based adjudication, while my current internship at Thada & Associates (IPR Law) has expanded my understanding of specialised litigation practice.Through legal aid camps and NSS work, I have developed a grounded sense of why access to justice matters — and who it matters most to. I am actively seeking litigation chambers and junior advocacy opportunities where I can contribute through research, drafting, and court work.
