   Project Description: It’s a RF Sites Design Project (RFDS, Atoll, Magenta build) which includes the work for MACRO and DAS.Responsibilities:• Monitoring and tracking performance of 20-25 team member on daily basis • Interacting with the clients for any updates and ensuring that the same are being communicated to all the members of the process • Team engagement activities along with motivational sessions • Preparing action plans for low scoring KPI\'s.• Work towards process improvement • Up skilling of team members in terms of knowledge & future growth• Working on RFDS, Port matrix’s, Atoll, Asset, magenta build, RIOT, E911 Readiness for TMO(US).• Atoll build – Ring/Site/ Candidate/Layers with correct settings• Atoll predictions generation• Create PRF Package and come up with candidate selection recommendations,• Plan azimuth/partner with design lead for review and quick turnaround of PRF packages.• Any changes recommended by Design lead – accommodate in PRF packages.Working on Post Launch Task sites.• Creating scope of work for TMO Sites for different projects like anchor and site mod.• Working on Atoll Tool for Sites Update creating new Nodes, Rings and Prediction plots TMO Sites for Macro and DAS Sites.• Supporting and Trained for RF and CIVIL COP Review for Houston Market on reviewing the Site parameters with RFDS, Port Metrics & Fiber Metrics data.• After reviewing we are updating all issues in TI (Tech in Site) tool and sending feedback Talon (T-Mobile) which goes to customer to resolve the issues.• Responsible for working on Ericsson and Nokia sites for Bill of material creation.
