   Managing Data Centre Design and Build of 24 MW facility including Data Centre Infrastructure. It\'s a Greenfield Project. Till date around 100 MW plus has been managed in the Data Centre Industry. This is the 8th Data Centre. Director Projects managing 24 MW Design and Build including GIS Bldg, DG Bldg, Data Centre Bldg, Data Centre Infrastructure.Entire Scope inclusive of Testing and Commissioning. Managing High Side and Low Side Electrical, HVAC, ELV, BMS Integration work scope with respective package managers. L1 to L5, IST, Early Access to end customer, RFS. Managed around 8 Data Centre till date. Residential High Rise up to 65 stories managed. Has been part of 45 lacs sqft construction in one single project. Parcel of Cluster projects are 7 lacs to 10 lacs sqft managed alone with my package manager. Commercial Cluster projects up to 10 lacs sqft managed along with the professional team. Industrial projects managed including Greenfield projects. Three decades of experience in the Construction Industry
