My MBA with a finance concentration from Mumbai\'s prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and my experience working alongside my father at Mewar Polytex Ltd have been pivotal to my development.Our collective efforts have transformed the group\'s business from Rs. 3 crores to Rs. 650 crores, with a relentless focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. At the same time, we have placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, recognizing the importance of responsible production and reducing our environmental footprint.The formation of Anita Plastics, Inc. in the United States was an exciting milestone that we achieved through collaboration, and we are committed to further expanding our global reach while staying true to our values. My experience leading Harmony Plastics Private Ltd. and producing construction fabrics in collaboration with Alpha ProTech of the United States has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of sustainability in the industry.Serving on Rajasthan\'s Plastics Export Committee has taught me the value of giving back to the industry, promoting change, and driving innovation for a better future.
