The project focuses on testing and ensuring the quality of various customer-facing applications, including 7Now (on-demand delivery app) and 7Rewards (loyalty & rewards program), along with internal applications such as Zendesk for customer support.the project is to provide seamless customer experiences across mobile apps (iOS & Android), web platforms, and backend systems that integrate with payment gateways, inventory management, order processing, and delivery tracking. The QA team is responsible for validating end-to-end workflows like product browsing, cart management, coupon application, payment processing, order delivery, customer rewards, and help centre interactions.project involves both manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality releases. Automation frameworks are built using Java, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD), while API testing is carried out using tools like Postman and Rest Assured. Continuous integration and delivery are managed through CI/CD pipelines, with regression suites automated to support faster release cycles.Performed end-to-end manual testing of 7Now, 7Rewards, and Zendesk applications covering order placement, payment, rewards, and customer support flows.
