Facilitating backlog refinement meets. Solving conflicts between Scrum team and POs. Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies viz Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review. Ensuring cross team dependencies are addressed and resolved within timeline by engaging respective SMs/Developers/POs. Keeping a close eye on high priority/severity items, ensuring they are assigned to respective engineers and are worked upon on priority. Ensuring team adheres to Scrum values, updates tickets appropriately and follows the workflow diligently. Addressing Team’s external dependencies in Scrum of Scrums. Facilitating other ceremonies like Dev team sync ups, CI & QA sync ups, Dev-SSO sync up, documenting and tracking all high priority/severity item during discussion. Working closely with POs to refine the priority backlog during the Sprint. Working with cross functional teams like INFRA, DB, IT, Scale, Dev, CI and QA to resolve inter team dependencies efficiently. Closely tracking and monitoring items that are critical for the release, Ensuring the deployment playbooks, manifest changes, User specific readme document are validated throughout the whole hierarchy of environments before handing over to the release team. Resolving conflict within and outside of the Scrum team to make overall process smoother, efficient and effective. Acting as a bridge between respective cluster owners and Scale team to ensure there is minimum downtime/impact during an upgrade activity on cluster.
