My work as manager, sustainability is to manage the company projects, represent the company at various forums and also look for prospective clients and approach them with our services. Execution of company projects involve activities like sustainability disclosures for the clients in the form of GRI, Integrated or Business Responsibility Reporting, identifying material issues for the clients, identifying gaps in their methodology of data collection or other parts of sustainability report preparation process, policy formulation and establishing mechanism for their implementation & review, internal governance review, advising companies on strategically investing their CSR funds etc. RSM GC has wide range of clients across various domains which has allowed me a great deal of exposure in the area of sustainability.
