Ex- Equity, Debt, Commodities.• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund products, PMS, AIF and other, updated to daily fund NAV, market trends, and regulatory changes. • Portfolio Management: Assist clients in managing their mutual fund portfolios, offering advice on investment strategies and asset allocation. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to mutual fund sales and distribution(for all work under the SEBI guidelines). • Maintain Daily Reporting in Zoho CRM.• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, addressing their queries related New KYC, Alteration, Validation, Fund portfolio, Client financial statements: Taxation calculation, P&L, Capital gains and other concerns promptly. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data.
