I’ve spent my whole career helping people grow — whether it was training a team of 100 women in direct sales, selling memberships at a women’s fitness center, raising millions for nonprofits, or guiding new coaches through retreats and workshops. What ties it all together is my passion for teaching, connecting with others, and helping people believe in themselves.As a Certified Health Coach and founder of The Cultured Genealogist, I combine my passions for wellness, ancestry, and personal growth to help individuals make sense of their past and build stronger, healthier connections in the present and the future. I create coaching programs and workshops that help people understand how their past can fuel resilience, clarity, and purpose in their lives today.I love presenting, speaking, and creating spaces where people feel supported and motivated to take action. At heart, I’m not just a coach — I’m a teacher, mentor, and connector who believes that when people understand their story, they gain the confidence to shape their future.
