DFSS Green Belt.At FCA, I’m currently working as systems engineer for Upcoming battery and hybrid vehicles and define requirements for thermal systems which include battery cooling loop, AC loop, Low Temp loop and High Temp loop.At GM, I extensively work on prototype vehicle engine calibration (for the SCR system) including calibration of NOx sensors, EGT (exhaust gas temperature) sensors and O2 sensor diagnostics. In addition to validating the sensor diagnostics, I am the lead person in charge of calibration of engine out NOx model, SCR chemical model and Exhaust Pipe Thermal & Pressure Model. Moreover, I resolve issues between the ECU/ vehicle interfaces and also work on emissions correlated diagnostics for the SCR system to get certification from CARB. I have mostly done Powertrain OBD’s but understand the entire concept of OBD’s related to body, platform etc. In addition, I am adept with OBD tools like CAN, LIN, NeoVI, V SPY, GMLAN.
