ABOUT SANCHIT SINGH

With over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a network planning expert with a CPIM and CSCP certification and skills in end to end Supply chain management including inventory management, production scheduling, warehouse and demand management, process improvement, and supply chain analytics. I currently work as a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Network Planning) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where I lead the planning and execution of the global supply chain network strategy for the life sciences division. I partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, service levels, and costs across multiple regions and product lines. I also leverage data and analytics to identify and implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and support business growth and innovation. Previously, I worked as a Senior Supply Chain Manager and a Supply Chain Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services, where I managed the end-to-end supply chain operations for the North America region, overseeing warehouse management, demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics. I contributed to several significant projects, such as the implementation of a new ERP system, the launch of a new product line, and the expansion of the distribution network. I am passionate about delivering value to customers and stakeholders, enhancing supply chain performance and efficiency, and advancing my knowledge and skills in the field of supply chain management.
