Sanchit is a corporate and commercial lawyer with close to 9 years of post-qualification experience. Currently, as a senior member of ACME Solar Holding Limited\'s (ACME Group\'s listed entity) legal team, Sanchit is responsible for providing legal support to the following business verticals of the ACME Group - renewable energy generation, green ammonia and green hydrogen production, solar module manufacturing and mycoprotein business. Sanchit handles drafting, negotiation and finalization of various types of commercial agreements (EPC contracts, O&M contracts etc.), financing documents (fund based and non-fund based) and the IP portfolio of the ACME Group. Sanchit is also primarily responsible for ensuring ACME Group\'s compliance with the SEBI framework post-listing and advising on strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M & As. As a general corporate lawyer specialising in M&A, during his previous law firm stints, Sanchit has had the opportunity to advice both domestic and international clients in relation to a variety of corporate transactions and actions (including acquisitions, subscriptions, schemes of arrangement, intra-group restructuring, capital reduction and rights issue) and provide general corporate advisory. Sanchit also has significant experience in advising both listed and unlisted companies on various issues pertaining to foreign exchange laws (including NDI rules, ECB framework, establishment of branch office regulations), securities laws (including listing regulations, takeover code and insider trading regulations), corporate laws and laws related to e-commerce.
