   I played a key role in optimizing Last Mile Outbound Supply Chain tech operations at Flipkart- Built the LARGE EXPRESS shipments fulfilment platform via runsheet lifecycle integration, reducing delivery TAT from 2–5 days to 120 minutes with 95% SLA adherence across 16 cities- Optimised last-mile execution for time-critical EXPRESS shipments by Quartz-driven allocation,EXPRESS/NON-EXPRESS isolation achieving 80% vehicle utilisation, product exchange eciency < 10 minutes- Owned end-to-end Production Cluster NFRs for Runsheets through full-stack load-testing, hardening the ecosystem for 5x BAU and 3x BBD’24 trac- Simulated peak BBD load by seeding 7K FEs & 3Cr shipments, achieving 16K doorstep operations QPS and delivering BBD’25 with zero SEV0/SEV1 incidents- Eliminated scalability bottlenecks by introducing degradation levers and fine-tuning rate limiters, circuit breakers and thread pools, saving 48 TB of hardware procurement and 5 weeks of engineering eort- Migrated the database of Beat Planner from Altair (MySQL) to Rigel (TiDB) through functional validations, NFRs and shadow cutover, achieving 28.9K read QPS and 23K write QPS with p99 latencies < 8 ms- Eliminated infrastructure risks by enhancing DB access patterns and decoupling joins from the DB layer, raising availability to 99.99% and reducing Master Failover MTTR from 15 minutes to zero- Shipped nearly lines of code into production in the year 2025, with precisely zero deployment reverts
