A strategic, cross-functional leader with deep experience across oncology diagnostics, MRD, CGP, CDx, NGS, and IVD commercialization. I’ve supported the full development lifecycle at Illumina—from assay and reagent development to software, informatics, regulatory strategy, and global product launch—giving me a broad view of how precision oncology products and partnerships move from concept to market.As a Program Manager, I lead high-impact programs and global partnership initiatives, driving alignment across Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and Finance. I co-own relationship management with biopharma and strategic partners, support Alliance Management, and work closely with Business Development and Legal on term sheets, licensing discussions, contract negotiations (SoWs, MSAs, IP agreements), and partnership execution.I bring strong analytical and financial capabilities, regularly building financial models, development cost estimates, scenario plans, and decision-support frameworks for CDx, MRD, and informatics partnerships. My technical background allows me to translate scientific risk into clear business recommendations for BD, leadership, and partner teams.I’ve also led strategic subteams focused on shaping Illumina’s long-term product and technology direction. These efforts involve aligning engineering, scientific, informatics, and commercial stakeholders to evaluate complex technical decisions, recommend scalable solutions, and present executive-facing summaries to VP and GM leadership to guide prioritization and investment.Earlier in my career, I contributed to Illumina’s reagent innovation pipeline as a Research Associate, supporting on-board reagent development and workflow improvements across multiple sequencing platforms.I truly enjoy living at the intersection of Science, Program Management, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management, and Operational Strategy—where scientific depth meets commercial execution.
