I have finished my M.Tech in Food Safety and Quality Management from NIFTEM-K (Gold Medalist), building on a strong educational foundation by completing my B.Tech in Food Technology from MAKAUT, WB.I had the opportunity to have an experience as an R&D Intern at Mondelēz International, provided hands-on exposure to chocolate processing, recipe formulation, and pilot plant operations, and core competencies include food quality management, equipment handling, and recipe development. My past role, including Associate Analyst at Zifo RnD Solutions, involved contributing to software enhancement for the NGS project using JAVA, showcasing adaptability across domains. I also had the exposure to learn about the Food Industries Inspection and the Export-Import regulations of different food products, during my internship in Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Eastern Region.My experience in ITC Foods helped me learn thoroughly about the noodles processing, with the hands-on experience of handling raw materials in the production, quality analysis of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials and the technicalities behind all of them.
