I am an entrepreneurial and results-driven professional with a proven track record in youth empowerment, skill development, and educational leadership. With over 8+ years of experience in the education sector, I have dedicated my career to creating sustainable change through impactful, quality-driven initiatives that build both personal and professional growth.Currently, as an Assistant Manager at TNS India Foundation, I lead a dynamic team of 15 trainers, focusing on delivering soft skills training that has empowered over 800 women youth alumni, resulting in 200+ successful placements. I have designed and implemented innovative programs like \"Skill Drill,\" engaging students in interactive learning experiences, while also mentoring and improving trainer performance through robust evaluation frameworks.My journey has been shaped by a passion for grassroots impact and a commitment to holistic development. As a Gandhi Fellowship Program Leader, I mobilized youth across South India, organizing high-impact events on Social Entrepreneurship, Youth Leadership, and 21st Century Skills. I have also led projects in challenging environments, including schools, jails, and slums, where I designed and executed programs on Social Emotional Learning, Entrepreneurial Skills, Career Counselling, and Teacher Development. These initiatives reached over students and led to measurable improvements in students’ Emotional and Resilience Quotients.As a Founding Member of ART FARMER, I co-designed and facilitated initiatives that connect art with education, focusing on emotional health and youth leadership.    Worked with a team of 11 to develop the organization model• Strategized and designed the 2 years goal of the organization with a team of 11 members aiming to develop need based, value based and skill based learning as a part of school curriculum in 5 government schools of Bangalore.• Designed and Facilitated a 2day workshop on ‘Adolescence and Emotions’ with 50 young people in a low budget private school in Bangalore.• Co -organised a district level art event called ‘Learn by Art’ in collaboration with Rotary Bangalore Spandana aiming to connect art with child psychology, impacting 130 school going children from challenging background
