Head of the legal marketing team for the Bell business markets department.• Provide broad-based ongoing legal and strategic advice to various departments of Bell Canada. • Review, negotiate and draft a variety of complex commercial agreements with corporate partners, strategic enterprise and wholesale clients. • Act as lead commercial counsel for a number of divisions of Bell Canada including BellMTS, Cablevision, Telebec, NorthernTel, and Epic. • Advise the executive team with respect to compliance and legal matters, and put forward risk matrices with suggested corrective measures. More recently developed Bell’s compliance strategy in light of recent changes to the Competition Act.• Spearheaded the development and implementation of three new suites of products and services sold by Bell Canada.• Worked closely with executive team to overhaul Bell Canada’s standard master agreements and contracting process.
