My work involves working with client teams to design the \"new way of working\". As a strong advocate of Management Systems, my role is to lead, manage and execute the management systems at Client organization. We design a time-tested methodology based on hardcore business Objectives and Value drivers. My focus area is to execute the roadmap on time, to realise the multi-crore ROI we have to deliver for our clients. Fundamentally I marry the technical parameters with the world-renowned Renoir Methodology. I take data driven Gemba approach to every problem that surfaces and trystorm every solution that co-design for the clients. Major deliverables relate to Capacity Enhancement, Optimize Resources, Value Cost Augmentation and achieve Operational Excellence. This goes without saying that we have systems to sustain the good work we do. So that the client keeps on reaping the benefits after our assignment term is over.
