Key Qualifications & Responsibilities • Performing a wide array of duties like categorization of bank transactions, carrying out reconciliation of GL accounts, posting journal entries, recurring rent entries and preparing accruals. • Responsible for processing all aspects of payroll, including paid time off, sick leave and reimbursement. Work closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operations. • Entering bills and reconciling vendor statement, carrying out monthly accounts payable reconciliation. • Working on invoicing and payment receiving, carrying out monthly accounts receivables reconciliation. • Reaching out to customers for payment, following up from time to time for fruitful results. • Handling daily emails and resolving vendor queries on a day-to-day basis. • Coordinating with team members to get the assigned tasks complete within deadline. • Training new joiners about workflow and daily duties that need to be taken care off. • Analyzing internal processes, recommending improvements for the same for smooth workflow. • Monitoring all accounting issues and resolving the same. • Reviewing monthly balance sheet and income statement to get the financials ready each month for the clients.
