Professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in atomic and molecular physics from Tabriz University, and research professor at Yeungnam University. Experience in Optoelectronic devices: optical and electrical properties of and nitride semiconductor nanostructures (quantum dots, nanowires, etc.) Characterization techniques: AFM, SEM, XRD, Electromodulation spectroscopy (Photoreflectance, Electroreflectance, Photoluminance, Electroluminescence, time-resolved Photoluminance), I-V Characteristics. Expertise in nanostructures-semiconductor interface and surface analysis. Experience in Analytical Modeling and Simulation: Numerical modeling via coding in MATLAB, Mathematica, LabVIEW, nextNano and validate results with analytical solutions.
