As a member of the IT Infrastructure team, I am currently tasked with designing, implementing, and managing hosted infrastructure. I am responsible for investigating the root cause of problems and proactively preventing future incidents to ensure the constant availability of multiple hosted environments. Additionally, I oversee the operational support and maintenance of internal and hosted system infrastructure, and manage the implementation and operation of Cloud & On-premise IT Infrastructure solutions.
