About Sana Jaffrey
Hello, my name is Sana Jaffrey and I am a Junior at USC majoring in Real Estate Development at Sol Price with a minor in Musical Studies at Thornton.My main interests have always been real estate and music. For me, each property—like music—has a story to tell. While studying vocal arts at Juilliard Pre-College, I was surrounded by the diverse architectural landscape that is NYC. This fed my love of real estate and design, while my operatic experiences led me to found my non-profit, Two Voices, which hosted concerts for isolated elderly residents in New Jersey impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This summer I interned at Palistar Capital, a private equity firm specializing in digital infrastructure, where I built complex financial models for prospective investments, presented macro research on foreign data center markets that shaped investment focus, and developed investment committee materials on capital deployment and return drivers. Through this experience, I enhanced my skills in corporate valuation, investment strategy, and transaction analysis. Additionally, I completed certifications with Training the Street and Eastdil Secured, further strengthening my technical expertise in financial analysis and deal structuring.I am eager to explore opportunities in private equity, development, and acquisitions in the commercial real estate sector. I look forward to connecting!
