With nearly eight years of experience, I advise both domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Motion Picture Equipment, Education, Software/IT, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Goods. My expertise spans the filing and prosecution of applications for trade marks, designs, and copyrights, as well as handling IP investigations, enforcement actions, assignments, and the protection of geographical indications. I frequently represent clients in hearings before the Office of the Regional Director, Trade Marks Office, Copyright Office, and various tribunals. I have a strong focus on IP-contentious matters, including trade mark oppositions, cancellations, and related proceedings. I regularly advise on IP due diligence and audits, and I have notable experience in brand protection, domain name disputes, and technology transactions, including licensing, franchising, and technology transfers. My regulatory practice also covers compliance under Food Laws, Legal Metrology, and the Drugs & Cosmetics Act. I\'m passionate about IP education and often conduct training sessions on trade mark and copyright laws in collaboration with platforms such as Simulegum, Lawfullegal, and Lawlevelup. I’ve also been invited as a speaker at IP awareness programs organized by institutions including Miranda House (Delhi University), National University of Advanced Legal Studies (Kochi), the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM), and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for my work, being named a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ for Intellectual Property by Legal500 and a ‘Rising Star Practitioner’ by IP Stars for three consecutive years (since 2023).
