I have been associated with ITES industry for over 16 years and during this time, I got opportunity to work with Banking & Finance, Telecom, Insurance (Life, Property & Casualty) industries. Majority of my time spent in Transactional Quality, Process Transformation, improve Customer Experience and optimise cost of delivery. My role primarily included- Team Management, where I have over 10 years of supervisory experience while leading large Quality control and assurance teams- Reviewing operating model, delivery model, operational risks and efficiencies which I did using some of the Industry leading tools- Reviewing the process at length and from different dimensions helped in putting together a long term & short term transformation strategy- Define Digital Transformation roadmap and also partnering in Client\'s transformation roadmapI personally take a lot of interest in drawing the art of possible and solving problems through challenging the status quo, not just improve but transform process, which help enhance Customer Experience
