ABOUT SANA SHAH
I’m a Project Manager with over four years’ experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across infrastructure, defence, and the public sector. I’ve worked on projects ranging from £100k to £5M, leading cross-functional teams and managing everything from planning and risk to stakeholder engagement and delivery.In my current role, I regularly lead client and stakeholder meetings, develop programme using MS Project, manage risks, and produce dashboards and reports that keep projects on track.My background in environmental geology, combined with my MSc in Construction Management, gives me a strong technical foundation alongside my project delivery experience. I’m confident working across disciplines and enjoy collaborating with engineers, commercial teams, and clients to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.I’m currently working towards chartership with RICS and am always looking for opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and add value.Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentoring and supporting others in their career development.
