Hey, Samyak here!I have completed CA Articleship from S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP(A member firm of EY) in Assurance. As a member of engagement team, I have worked on Statutory Audit (including ICFR testing) of listed, private limited client and startups, Limited Reviews of Listed clients. I have also worked on certification services like Overseas Direct Investment and Annual Performance ReportsPost qualification, I led a 3 member team for an end to end statutory audit engagement of client having turnover of around INR 35 Cr.Currently, I have joined A&M in Transactions Advisory Group wherein I have a part of buy side and sell side deals mostly related to SaaS based client. I have worked on various adjustments, performed trending, analysed financial statements and i was solely responsible for creating, maintaining and updating databook.Talking about my educational qualifications, I have cleared CA Final both groups in May 2024 (first attempt) with fifth rank at district level. I appeared for Intermediate both groups in January 2021(first attempt) and secured second rank at district level. I have also 47th All India Rank holder at CA Foundation level. I have good communication and time management skills. I am multitasking, diligent, a good learner and consistent performer. I was also awarded a Kudos award during the second year of Articleship for meeting client deadlines and consistently performing well.I am also proficient in MS office wherein we used MS Excel for preparing all the workpapers and Overall Analytical Review, in MS Word we used to prepared all our Reports and using MS PowerPoint, we used to prepare Audit Committee Presentation for presenting our conclusions. I have also created and presented managemet Key Metrix like DPO, DSO, and Net working capital components in visualised charts.
