Total Attrition from Induction to Store for Central Academy was found to be 22 percent and for Regional Training Centres it was 32 percent.Developed a monthly process of employee performance management called Trainer Scorecard.Crafted and Executed the Background Verification Process for 600 joiners monthly.Evaluated Running Operational Processes and developed new resource and time efficient processes.
