Acted as a trusted advisor post go-live, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, enhancements and ERP upgrades. Used ERP data and reporting to identify operational and financial bottlenecks, driving measurable improvements in KPIs and process efficiency. Spearheaded the implementation of customized ERP solutions that improved operational efficiency, consistently surpassing client performance expectations and KPIs.
