About Samya Ghosh
Samya Ghosh is a multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of systems design, culture and social innovation. As Associate Creative Director (Design) at Purpose, he leads teams in shaping human & planet-centered platforms and experiences that drive community action across climate, health, and gender equity. His practice blends creative storytelling with design thinking and research, mapping how people think, act, and decide, and translating those insights into intuitive, ethical, and scalable services. Across the last 12 years, he has collaborated with organizations including the United Nations, WHO, MacArthur Foundation, IKEA Foundation, Meta, and Apple, crafting creative strategy, design frameworks, and product solutions that operate across markets and cultures. His work has been featured at London Design Week, New York Climate Week, and What Design Can Do, and recognized by Cannes Lions, Kyoorius, and Indigo Awards. Samya is a graduate in Multimedia and Communication Design from St. Xavier’s College, with advanced design certifications from UAL and IDEO. He also teaches design at IIAD Delhi.
