Manage all creative programmes within Norton Motorcycle Co- Maintain Design department budgets of upto £2m for R&D, models, and resourcing requirements- Coordinate, develop and manage different programmes and processes on the behalf of the Design & Concept Engineering Team to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives- Lead Model development to demonstrate full vehicle proportions, A surfacing, and final design intent sign-off, as well as Colour, Materials, and Finish prototype offerings- Work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure Creative Reviews and PR activities are aligned to the overall business focus, cadence, and governance given the criticality of the relation between the Design & Marketing departments- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, ensuring that service and process objectives are agreed- Act as conduit for information requests from the business and external agencies including responding to requests for management information and reporting.
