At Client Server we do not work in the normal 360 consultant manner, we employ a split-desk approach between new business and delivery and silo our teams into specific technology verticals.This means one side of our business generates new relationships with client companies and the other side of our business focus on candidate sourcing, understanding the market they recruit within as well as managing the existing relationships.We pride ourselves on our ability to match the right type of people to the requirement(s) of our clients. We do not like wasting time. When we arrange an interview, we strive to identify candidates that are changing roles for the right reasons.
