Technical Support & Engineering Consultation:Providing technical support for Hilti-engineered products, including anchoring, fastening-on-steel, and modular support systems.Advising engineers, designers, and project managers on safe and efficient product applications.Supporting specification efforts by ensuring Hilti products are included in engineering designs.Assisting with product testing and validation for anchoring and fastening solutions.Customer Engagement & Business Development:Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in mining, engineering, and construction firms.Conducting lunch-and-learn sessions and on-site training for contractors and engineers.Providing technical demonstrations and consultations to increase adoption of Hilti solutions.Following up with clients to understand upcoming projects and procurement needs.Ensuring early involvement in the design phase to integrate Hilti solutions into project specifications.Project & Site Support:Supporting installation and training of Hilti systems for contractors and site teams.Assisting with onsite troubleshooting for anchoring, modular supports, and fastening systems.Conducting safety training related to SafeSet and best practices for Hilti products.Visiting mine sites and engineering offices to provide hands-on support.Strategic Planning & Market Development:Identifying new business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing sector.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure Hilti is prepared for upcoming projects.Monitoring and understanding industry trends to position Hilti’s solutions effectively.Contributing to forecasting and procurement planning for large-scale projects
