   Select clients: UCAN (2019/20) — testimony and filings for Utility Consumers Action Network (utility watchdog nonprofit) in PCIA, SDG & E ERRA, Reliability 2021 & High DER proceedings. City of Long Beach (2018/19) — engagement with City\'s municipal gas utility to structure and help manage a CCE feasibility project, educate city staff, coordinate with operational CCEs, and explore CCE data access issues with Southern California Edison. East Bay Community Energy (2017/2018): expert review and evaluation to select an energy portfolio manager to help launch and provide early-stage operations for a new \"CCE 2.0\" agency. South Bay Clean Power (2016/2017): a step-by-step \"CCE 2.0 & 3.0\" design roadmap. Our work was endorsed by a Governor of the California Independent Grid Operator (CAISO), the former Assistant General Manager of the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA), the Chair of the Democratic Party Environmental Caucus, the California Alliance for Community Energy (CACE), the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter, 350.org & others. The County of Los Angeles (2016): strategic regulatory engagement to support the establishment of a CCE agency of unprecedented size. Our regulatory filing correctly anticipated many of the issues the State is now grappling with as so many CCEs prepare to launch. Sonoma Clean Power agency (2014/15): technical, financial and strategic services including revenue and load forecasting, power supply contract management, procurement support e.g. forecasting of open energy and capacity positions, validation of invoiced power purchase agreements and CAISO wholesale market charge codes, a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports (to EIA, CAISO, CEC and CPUC), select regulatory intelligence, business process streamlining & tutorials, and program financial \"proforma\" modeling (for internal budgeting and to support creditworthiness assessments of the public agency as counterparty to power suppliers)
