In this dual-capacity role, I am responsible for strengthening the bank\'s resilience while simultaneously building the governance framework for our Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. Responsibilities include-Defining and embedding a robust governance, reporting, and risk framework for all AI initiatives-Leading the creation and enhancement of mandatory AI training to build AI literacy across the business-Assisting in the closure of major audit actions and defining the risk and control framework for AI integration with third parties-Leading the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to maintain the mapping of resources to our Important Business Services-Developing and executing scenario testing to identify vulnerabilities and enhance the bank\'s resilience-Owning the formation of the annual Operational Resilience self-assessment for Board approval.
