Established centralized version control practices by consolidating fragmented downstream codebases into an upstream GitHub-managed environment, enabling structured collaboration, branch-based development, improved traceability, and more predictable release coordination. Introduced version-controlled requirement and defect tracking processes to strengthen feedback loops between engineering and business stakeholders and support more consistent ERP system enhancements.Maintained and enhanced multiple siloed enterprise productivity platforms by applying a structured reproduce–inspect–detect defect triage methodology combined with deep end-to-end system knowledge. This enabled rapid root-cause identification, timely resolution of production issues, and continuous delivery of workflow-driven feature enhancements that improved system reliability, streamlined cross-department processes, and reduced project time-to-site.Architected and implemented the next-generation MRP2 platform using a service broker and message queue–driven event architecture to integrate previously fragmented enterprise systems. This event-driven design enabled asynchronous communication between modules, improved system scalability and resilience, and enhanced coordination across the modular building lifecycle.Improved the software release process by introducing a centralized deployment and update framework leveraging shared server distribution points. This plug-and-play deployment approach enabled seamless rollout of new features across the organization, eliminated manual desk-side installations, and significantly reduced feature adoption latency.Developed scalable, incremental data migration pipelines to transition legacy database workloads into modern architectures. These idempotent, change-aware pipelines enabled reliable synchronization of new and updated records during repeated migration runs, reducing migration risk while supporting ongoing platform modernization initiatives.
