I help businesses transform. With a people based approach, I have delivered growth, efficiency and profitability across diverse cultures and geographies on four continents. I have been fortunate to use my expertise in multiple industries from manufacturing, technology start-ups, Finance, Pharma/Medical, the Military and Not-for-Profits. During this time, I developed a unique skill set that supports success in business transformation work focused on bridging the marketing, operations and technology functions.For over 20 years I have honed my approach to be able to replicate successful outcomes by creating, building and developing high-performing teams. There are 2 principles that have driven my leadership of teams and transformation of businesses: 1) People who feel valued deliver greater value.2) It\'s not as much about creative problem solving as it is about empathetic problem solving.Hiring, developing, motivating and supporting team members who feel valued enables me to lead high performing teams that can accomplish the uncommon.
