I build systems that make teams more effective.For most of my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of operations, customer experience, revenue workflows, support, and software — translating messy, cross-functional business problems into practical systems that ship and hold up in production.My background is unusual in the best way: I started at HubSpot, where I became the company’s first Product Expert and worked across documentation, education, product feedback, and implementation. Since then, I’ve helped funded startups scale toward major milestones and helped profitable, self-funded businesses grow sustainably with the right systems, workflows, and operating models.Today my work centers on:• internal tools and automation• AI-assisted and agentic workflows• APIs, integrations, and iPaaS tools• support, onboarding, renewals, and revenue operations• workflow design, rollout, and iteration• making complex systems easier for teams and customers to use wellAt Tettra, I build across support, onboarding, renewals, enterprise contracts, and revenue operations. I’ve shipped production improvements to Tettra’s Zapier app and API, built Universal Importer to accelerate trial and onboarding value for qualified prospects, built Halios to support flexible enterprise billing and usage tracking, and continuously refine AI-assisted support and knowledge workflows.At Dutchie, I led cross-functional workflow design and rollout work across Support, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, built and administered Jira before dedicated TPM and Product Ops functions existed, designed service workflows in Jira Service Management, and led phased transitions off legacy systems.At Salted Stone, HubSpot referred its most technical customers to me for deep customization and integrations.I’m at my best when the work is complex, important, and still taking shape. I like building thin slices, proving value quickly, and leaving teams, systems, and workflows better than I found them.

   Community Food Networks- Developed the CRUD endpoints for Users, Fridges, and Food Items using FastAPI and PostgreSQL- Engineered the front-end for the Fridge list, Fridge detail, Add Fridge form and Fridge Check-ins list screens using React and Tailwind CSS- Leveraged React Hooks, such as useState and useEffect, to efficiently manage component state and reduce code complexity.
