Another area that is close to my heart is property management, along with small-scale development projects. Goulden Property Ltd (Goulden Accommodation) is an endeavor that I am extremely proud of. We have leveraged automation, systemization, and technology to remotely manage various properties across Yorkshire in the short-term rental sector. Our most noteworthy achievement so far has been our 8-bedroom \'hands-off hotel\' in Whitby. This project embodies our commitment to providing landlords a truly hassle-free profitable way to sweat their assets.
