I am a 9 year Navy Veteran working as a Maintenance Supervisor for Kellanova\'s.My time in the Navy I gained experience in the performance of maintenance, maintenance supervision, job planning, personnel management, safety, machinery operations, training, quality assurance, and program development. In my current role at Kellanova, I manage a team to reliably maintain and repair equipment to ensure safe and quality food is made. I mange the predictive maintenance programs (lubrication, vibe analysis, thermography, ultrasonic) here at the Rome plant. I am also the hiring manager for the maintenance department.I enjoy learning about condition based and predictive maintenance strategies. I am certified MLT I, MLA I, and Vibration Analyst I.
