I ensure the team focuses on diversity mandates, succession planning, and long-term strategy. Co-led a process re-engineering project focused on the standardization of TA processes, systems, policies, reporting/analytics and technology investments; worked with key stakeholders to drive change management and streamline menu of offerings. Conduct executive-level internal & external recruitment for key roles across the enterprise. My responsibility includes the selection and oversight of third-party executive search firms to enable a global view of leadership talent.
