I lead the Telecoms and M&E recruitment division at Advance TRS, driving business growth and strengthening client partnerships across the UK’s Rail, Metro, Underground, and wider infrastructure sectors.In this role, I am responsible for shaping and delivering the Telecoms and M&E recruitment strategy, partnering with Tier 1 contractors, Tier 2 contractors/SMEs, consultancies, and infrastructure owners to deliver bespoke staffing solutions. I provide highly skilled contract and permanent professionals across all levels — from engineers to project managers and senior leaders — whilst overseeing business development, key account management, and client engagement.
