Prepared construction drawings for new, larger system & engineering reports for permitting.($1m estimated construction costs for each project, City of Greenville, NC)• Prepared full construction plans that included significant utility relocation and pedestrian connectivity including ADA access points for mixed-use 985 bed high-rise and 900 car parking garage.($85m student housing project, North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC)• Interacted with client and manufacturer to identify needs and find optimal solution to complete engineering plans for sewer relocation and new facility construction.
