ABOUT SAMUEL KENOYER

I have been an active professional in several career fields ranging from management to production over the last ten years. I have worked with products that were designed to be pulled apart in the same day in the retail world, and I\'ve built structures that I hope will last for 80 years. I\'ve been trained by some of the industry\'s best manager\'s. I\'ve seen excellent leadership in a variety of situations and have been trained to think critically about what they do well, and where they fall short. Throughout all of my experience in the multiple fields, I have learned several things about myself and my personal abilities. I have a high aptitude in any area that I work, from retail to residential remodel to military service. I am a low-maintenance, consistent worker, described as a force-multiplier. I look at problems with a process oriented mind, and I do not get overwhelmed by the work or deadline, I simply plan, execute, monitor and control. I pay attention to detail and rarely make the same mistake twice. I always work to improve the process and add value in whatever situation I\'m in. I work to be approachable to subordinates and maintain a teachable attitude towards my leadership.
