ABOUT SAMUEL GRIMMER
I am a Senior Manager in the corporate services team at Lovewell Blake, providing corporate audit, accountancy and corporate finance services. I am based primarily in the Great Yarmouth offices but spend time in Norwich and across the region.I started my career at BDO in 2011 studying the AAT and ACCA qualifications within the Audit Department, before moving to the Corporate Services Group at Lovewell Blake in 2016 and progressing from there.I have experience of dealing with clients across a range of sectors, from small owner managed businesses to international groups with turnover in excess of £100m, reporting under FRS101, FRS102 and IFRS, covering accounts, audit and tax matters.I also work with the Corporate Finance team and continue to advise on a variety of specialist engagements including business acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs, due diligence assignments, and business valuations. s••••••••@lovewell-blake.co.uk
