I am thankful to have worked with the extraordinary team at M1 Finance where we built some of the best tools and teams in the industry to help everyday people manage their financial well-being. I led the mobile engineering group which was composed of a nearly two dozen EMs and engineers at varying points of their careers. As an experienced senior engineering manager and mobile developer for the Android and iOS platforms, I have had the fortunate opportunity to help build and manage teams and processes in a variety of settings (local, remote) and across a collection of industries (financial, travel, agricultural, fitness, & B2B) for leading brands. My spare time finds me renovating my home, woodworking, gardening, 3D-printing & modeling, gaming or reading, and spending time with my growing family. The most joy I have found in my career is both growing myself and helping to temper a flexible team that seeks to improve their personal investment in their career and strengthens our inter-team communication.
